Yes, you can. There are 8 levels of play back speed indeed, the rates are 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, 4, and 8 times of normal speed.
Wide Dynamic Range(WDR) Technology uses two shutter speeds in alternative video fields, high and normal, and combines these two fields into one frame. It allows every detail to be captured accurately even if one portion is bright while other portions are dark. As a result, combined fields yield a frame of high quality images. Below is a comparison of camera technologies with its video images of Regular, Backlight Compensation (BLC), and Wide Dynamic Range.

The fps stands for frames per second. i.e. number of video frames shown on screen per second. A human visual to the motion pictures as live depends on the speed of the frames shown, the larger number of fps means more frames on screen per second. There are standards for the films, typical ones are:
The NTSC standard: 30 fps.
The PAL standard: 24 fps.

First, a set of RTD(Real Time Display) card, ribbon cable and video cable needed to be ordered in addition to the BroDigit Surveillance systems or GV series video capture card. The length of video cable from surveillance system to TV set is also required to be determined when placing the order.
Second, plug ribbon cable into the slots as the diagram shown below, one end is to GV video capture card, the other end is to RTD card.
Third, install the RTD DSP driver from CD. Please see also.
First, check your network connection is working.
